I sincerely hope that all of you are enjoying continued success and prosperity. Our company was founded in November 1995 as “K.K. Bldg. Home” in the Higashi-Hie district of Hakata-ku in Fukuoka City. Over the years, as we grew as a company, we underwent several changes in company name and location, eventually leading to our current name of “Liens Co.,Ltd.” November 2025 will mark our 30th anniversary. The fact that we have been able to continue our business for 30 years is entirely thanks to your support and patronage. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you all.

During our history of 30 years, our company has faced many challenges, including the impact of the collapse of Japan’s bubble economy, the Lehman Shock, the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite being in such difficult circumstances, we committed ourselves to developing a single-building real estate project, and in September 2002, we successfully completed the “Grand Blue Ohori Park” located in the Kusagae district of Chuo-ku in Fukuoka City. Even after this, we continued our stride and by April 2025, we will have developed 50 residential buildings (including 4 in Tokyo), 9 office buildings, and 3 hotels (1 in Ehime), with more new projects in progress for the future. We are dedicated to real estate development capable of providing our company’s unique value while responding to the needs of the times. In addition, we are promoting digital innovation within the company to build an organization capable of responding to the new era. All of our employees are contributing to this effort. We believe that placing the utmost importance on the relationships of trust that we have built with our investors, tenants, and all of our various partners who have supported us over the years and further strengthening these mutually beneficial win-win relationships is the very purpose of our existence.
